Packing light is a key necessity for travel.
When traveling on any trip the hardest thing to do is figure out exactly what it is you will need. I find too often that I tend to pack extra unnecessary items when planning a trip overseas.
Below I have listed the things I needed the most
[ ] Ziploc Bags
Ziplocs keep things separated and organized. Use them for your clothes. Press down on the back after it is filled and make sure all the air is out this is a good way to significantly conserve space.
[ ] Travel waist bag
For those people that love face cloths at home, this is a nice alternative in a small, compact size.
I have found these wipes to be the most refreshing after a long journey.
[ ] Tek towel
[ ] Chiffon Clothing
Chiffon is the best material for traveling because it is breathable, light weight, and dries very easily.
For a very similar reason to Chiffon this brand dries easily and is extremely light weight. This brand sells underwear for both men and women.
[ ] Toms Comfy Flats
[ ] Flip-flops
[ ] Nice Flats
[ ] Water bottle
The water bottle is key especially in the airports- save yourself the money on those expensive water bottles at the airport stores and find a free water fountain to fill your water bottle with.
Roll your clothes/ or use a zip block bag for them. Believe it or not, rolling saves space and prevents wrinkles
Most of the time you can wash by hand on the road (hence the synthetic undergarments)
Never pack things that you are not certain you will use at least a few times during your trip.
Don’t forget, no matter where you are going you usually can find things you need on the road.
